Linear displacement sensor is used in hydro-generator speed regulation system, and its measurement accuracy, accuracy and response speed will directly affect the adjustment accuracy and comprehensive performance of the system. Principle of sensor potentiometer, its basic structure is very simple, mainly composed of resistance elements and brushes. When the displacement of the measuring rod changes, it can drive the brush to move, and output the resistance variation or voltage variation proportional to the displacement. Linear displacement sensor has the advantages of high precision, high resolution, good stability, long service life and low cost, which is especially suitable for application in hydraulic turbine governing system.
